These beautful steaks are from our grass raised, grain finished Beef Balancers.
Due to the small amout of filet mignon able to be butchered from each animal, and being one of the most tender and lean cuts, it tends to be the most expensive cuts of meat.
Pairing well with a Malbec, Merlot or a Cabernet Sauvignon.
USDA processed, cut to 2" thick.
