Marrow Bones

These are whole marrow bones - not split
Great for roasting , making a broth or stock or as a natrual fat snack. These are not half cut.
Just scoop out the rich buttery organic marrow with a teaspoon or knife and enjoy it on its own or spread it onto some fresh crispy bread.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic then place into the oven or air fryer for 25 to 30 minutes at 450 °F
