Petite Ribeye Steak

Our popular Bone In Ribeye steaks, just a little smaller! These are a great option to not spend as much and for those that are wanting the fantastic marbling and richness of a ribeye, but don't want a huge steak. 
Bone-In, cut to 1" thick and come 2 per package. These steaks are from our grass raised, grain finished Beef Balancers.
Ribeye steaks are cut from the upper rib cage area, this section is lightly worked and has a lot of marbling.
