Rendered Beef Tallow

Our tallow is made from our Beef Suet - the pure, liquid-rendered cooking fat produced by melting raw hard white fat from around a cow's kidneys. Rendered low and slow in small  batches. 
 
Used for deep frying, searing, and making traditional British steamed puddings or flaky pastry crusts.
Melted and whipped into balms, lotions, and salves because its fatty acid profile resembles human skin oils.
 Used to make traditional homemade soaps and candles.
