A popular cut of beef, known for balance of flavor and tenderness. While sirloins do not have as much marbling as KC Strips or Ribeyes, they certainly do not lack in flavor. Popular choice for grilling, oven baking or pan searing. Sirloin steaks are a leaner cut and not recommended to finish at a well done temperature.
